Socify.ai reaches 300 customers as growth accelerates

Socify.ai has reached 300 customers, with its latest 100 added in two months.
The milestone marks a faster pace of customer acquisition for the SOC 2 compliance platform. Socify.ai took about six months to win its first 100 customers and three months to add the next 100 before reaching the latest 100 in two months.
SOC 2 compliance has become a common requirement for technology suppliers selling to larger corporate customers. That has created a market for software that helps businesses manage audits, controls and evidence gathering without lengthy manual processes.
Socify.ai sits within TAC Security's broader cyber business, which serves more than 10,000 customers across more than 100 countries. The company is using that existing customer base and international reach to expand the newer compliance product.
According to TAC Security, the latest customer group spans artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, enterprise software, networking, digital health, education technology, financial technology, professional services and consumer technology.
Named customers include NETGEAR, Peloton Interactive, Globant, Sharecare, Quizizz, MemVerge and Guardio. TAC Security also listed several AI-focused and software businesses among Socify.ai users, including Cimento AI, Twin Labs, Bluebird AI, Genie AI, Karuka AI, Scribed.ai, Praxis AI, Callvera AI and Hellosky.ai.
The mix suggests the product is attracting demand beyond early-stage software companies pursuing an initial compliance milestone. It also points to broader interest from more established businesses in sectors where security assurances have become part of procurement processes.
Competition in compliance automation has intensified as companies seek to reduce the cost and administrative burden of meeting customer and regulatory expectations. Established providers already operate at scale, leaving newer entrants to differentiate on price, automation and specialist expertise.
Trishneet Arora, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TAC Security, said the speed of customer additions matters more than the headline total.
"The first 100 customers took us six months. The next 100 took three. The latest 100 took only two," said Trishneet Arora, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TAC Security.
Arora has also outlined the company's pricing argument for the market. TAC Security is positioning the service around the view that compliance should be cheaper and easier for smaller and growing businesses to obtain.
"What matters to us isn't simply that we reached 300. It is that every 100 customers are coming faster than the 100 before them," said Arora.
Growth target
TAC Security has tied Socify.ai's expansion to a much larger target. It aims to reach 10,000 Socify clients by 2030 as part of a broader ambition to build USD $100 million in annual recurring revenue.
That target underlines the platform's importance to TAC Security's long-term strategy. While 300 customers remains a modest figure compared with larger software categories, the company is betting that a broader push into trust and compliance products can add a recurring revenue stream alongside its existing cybersecurity operations.
The sales trend outlined by TAC Security also reflects a wider shift in software buying behaviour. As procurement teams, enterprise customers and business partners increasingly ask for security attestations, tools that shorten the path to compliance can become commercially important for vendors trying to win contracts.
For younger companies, the burden can be particularly acute because external audits and internal evidence collection often absorb time and budget that might otherwise go into product development or sales. That pressure has helped create demand for products that automate parts of the process.
Arora said TAC Security sees a larger opportunity if it can lower the cost barrier for companies seeking SOC 2 compliance.
"We don't believe SOC 2 should cost companies a fortune," said Arora.
"Our objective is to use technology and scale to bring down the cost of compliance dramatically. If we can make SOC 2 affordable, the addressable customer base becomes much larger," said Arora.
On the platform's role within the company, Arora said: "We believe innovation matters most when it solves a real client pain point and makes their lives simpler and more secure in the cyber era. Our AI-led Socify.ai is one of the best examples of that philosophy in action - using AI to address the complexity, cost and effort traditionally associated with SOC 2 compliance. The acceleration we are witnessing with Socify is incredibly exciting. Every 100 customers are joining us faster than the previous 100, and that gives us tremendous confidence in the problem we are solving and the opportunity ahead. I genuinely believe Socify.ai has the potential to become bigger than TAC Security itself in the years ahead. We are not looking at it as just another product; we are building Socify with the ambition to drive an AI-led cybersecurity revolution in the compliance industry."
