NeuBird has launched the Agentic Reliability Centre, a platform designed to govern AI agents that interact with production systems. The product is now generally available.

The launch addresses a growing operational challenge for large organisations as internal agents, coding assistants and third-party tools gain access to live systems through separate credentials, incur separate model costs and operate with limited central oversight. NeuBird's approach places those tools behind a single managed layer for telemetry access, model use, approvals and audit records.

According to NeuBird, ARC gives engineers and AI agents a single metered connection to telemetry and large language models. It also records each investigation in what the company describes as a shared memory layer and requires human approval before any agent action is executed, with each approval logged in a unified audit trail.

The product also extends to external and internally built tools through Model Context Protocol support. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and homegrown agents can connect through the same controls from the outset, giving them access to the same operational context and approval process.

NeuBird's own Production Ops Agent runs on ARC. According to the company, the agent can identify root cause in under five minutes with 94% accuracy and is now available inside Jira, where engineers can assign a priority-one incident to it as they would to a colleague.

Governance focus

The launch reflects broader pressure on engineering teams to use AI tools in production environments without creating new governance gaps. Many companies now use multiple assistants and agents across software development and operations, but often lack a single view of what each tool accessed, what it changed, how much model use it generated and who approved its actions.

NeuBird said ARC is built around three functions: access, memory and service. Under that structure, agents and engineers reach telemetry and models through what it calls a single governed door; every investigation is recorded, versioned and cited; and every recommended action must be approved before execution.

The system queries telemetry in place across more than 50 integrations and more than 15 sources in parallel, while storing conclusions rather than raw telemetry, according to NeuBird. It also supports Claude, GPT, Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI and customer-hosted models, and can be deployed in cloud, virtual private cloud, on-premise, hybrid and air-gapped environments.

Gou Rao, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NeuBird, framed the launch as a response to weak oversight of agent use in production.

"Every enterprise we talk to is building agents that touch production, and almost none of them can tell you what those agents did last week, what they cost or who approved the changes that the agent made," said Rao.

"As we lead the industry into the age of agentic production, we're giving teams the governed center to build on: telemetry connected once, models metered once, every investigation remembered and every action policy-gated," Rao said.

Customer use

RH is among the early customers cited by NeuBird. The retailer's technology team uses the platform to support site reliability engineering work, where reducing noise from observability tools and speeding incident response are significant concerns.

NeuBird said customers using its Production Ops Agent have reported 80% fewer priority-one war rooms and more than 60% lower incident management costs. Those figures were provided by the company and were not independently verified.

Nagesh Bidhurakanthu, Chief Information Officer and SVP of Technology at RH, said the business wanted stronger direction during incident response while keeping final authority with engineers.

"The resilience of our digital platform is vital to delivering a luxury experience both in our galleries and online," said Bidhurakanthu.

"Reducing time to resolution is a top priority for our SRE team, but high observability noise makes this difficult. NeuBird gives us a single, governed platform where agents can access our full stack, investigate incidents in minutes and provide engineers with clear direction. Our team still makes the final call. We just get there faster," Bidhurakanthu said.

Tooling shift

The product arrives as software vendors and in-house engineering teams move AI systems beyond coding suggestions into operational work such as incident investigation, diagnosis and change recommendation. That shift raises practical questions for enterprises around approval workflows, record-keeping, spending control and the reliability of machine-generated analysis when systems are under strain.

NeuBird's answer is not to replace engineers but to route both human and machine investigations through a shared context. According to the company, engineer corrections are captured with author attribution and version history, and any change is reversible.

Alongside ARC, NeuBird introduced NeuBird Advisor, which it said works with customer-built agents by tracing runtime reasoning, checking diagnoses against live operational context and flagging missing evidence. It also launched NeuBird for Jira on Atlassian Forge, aimed at bringing incident investigation into the ticketing workflow while keeping customer credentials in encrypted storage and requiring human approval before fixes or hand-offs proceed.

NeuBird said every action on the platform is policy-gated and covered by a single audit trail.
