Seclore unveils Astra AI platform to transform data security ops

Wed, 29th Oct 2025

Seclore has announced the launch of Astra, an artificial intelligence platform designed to boost productivity across data security operations.

Astra aims to streamline everyday tasks for organisations by embedding AI into routine workflows, such as summarising documents, retrieving product information, answering RFPs, and preparing for customer meetings. According to Seclore, the technology enables teams to dedicate more time to strategic initiatives while AI handles administrative and repetitive tasks.

The new platform marks Seclore's entry into artificial intelligence as part of its efforts to enhance data security. Seclore has stated that Astra will be refined using rigorous internal use cases before its release to global customers. This phased rollout is intended to ensure the technology's effectiveness across diverse data security scenarios.

AI agents introduced

With the launch, Astra introduces two AI agents. The first, Helios, is described as a knowledge agent that leverages Seclore's internal product resources to answer questions. The second, Lumen, is a support agent focused on helping teams troubleshoot and respond to support tickets more efficiently. Both agents are intended to augment daily operations, helping Seclore's staff resolve customer and operational issues more effectively.

Seclore's Chief Executive Officer, Vishal Gauri, said the introduction of Astra is part of the company's larger vision to incorporate AI into its suite of data security solutions. He explained that the company intends to position itself as an AI-driven data security provider in a global market that is increasingly focused on technology-led protections for sensitive information.

"Seclore is entering a new chapter by modernising data security and becoming AI-native from the ground up, with Astra AI marking the first step. We are embedding artificial intelligence across every facet of our operations-not as a side initiative, but as the core operating system for planning, execution, and scaling. Across all functions, AI now drives both strategy and day-to-day operations, enabling Seclore to deliver smarter, faster, and more innovative data-security solutions."

Rollout and feedback

Seclore indicated that Astra AI would be released in several phases, with further AI agents expected to be added to the platform over the coming months. The company stated that early feedback from internal teams has been positive, suggesting that Astra has already demonstrated benefits in terms of productivity and customer service within Seclore's operations.

The company plans to continue developing Astra by trialling and strengthening the platform with internal use cases before customer rollout. According to Seclore, this approach is intended to ensure that Astra's performance aligns with the operational and security requirements of enterprises and government clients worldwide.

Seclore's expansion strategy emphasises the role of AI in scaling operations, enhancing internal collaboration, and accelerating innovation in its data-centric security offerings. The company asserts that deploying artificial intelligence will allow it to improve both its day-to-day operations and its broader security solutions for customers.

Industry background

Seclore focuses on enabling enterprises to protect and control sensitive data as digital assets are created and shared both within and outside organisations. Its data-centric security solutions are designed so that only authorised individuals have access to sensitive data, helping enterprises to close security gaps and comply with regulatory requirements.

The approach involves setting automated policies and allowing users to control and revoke access, specify the type of access granted, and set its duration. Seclore's data security solutions are used by organisations seeking to protect digital assets without compromising collaboration and information-sharing capabilities.

The introduction of Astra AI serves as part of Seclore's broader strategy to integrate artificial intelligence into its existing solutions and organisational processes as it pursues further global growth in the security sector.
