AppOmni partners with Cisco for SaaS zero trust security

AppOmni has announced a partnership with Cisco to provide extended software-as-a-service (SaaS) security through an end-to-end zero trust approach, integrating security measures from endpoints to applications.

The partnership highlights the integration of AppOmni's Zero Trust Posture Management (ZTPM) solution with Cisco's Security Service Edge (SSE) technology suite. This collaboration aims to enable zero trust principles specifically at the application layer for SaaS applications. It will improve security in sophisticated SaaS environments by providing detailed visibility and monitoring of various elements, including configurations and user behaviours.

AppOmni has been included in Cisco's Global Price List (GPL) as part of the SolutionsPlus Program, which eases the procurement process for global customers and resellers. This inclusion signifies the extension of a longstanding relationship between the two companies, initiated when Cisco Investments backed AppOmni in 2022.

The collaboration serves to enhance Cisco's Zero Trust offering by integrating comprehensive SaaS security solutions. Additionally, Cisco's Value-Added Reseller (VAR) network will now be equipped to offer AppOmni solutions to their clientele as part of this program.
