Lineaje appoints key leaders as part of expansion strategy

Lineaje has announced the recruitment of Intekhab Nazeer as Chief Financial Officer and Mikala Vidal as Head of Growth.

The company views these appointments as pivotal to driving forward its expansion plans following its Series A funding round last year. Lineaje focuses on securing the software supply chain, a critical need acknowledged by Gartner, who predict software supply chain attacks could cost USD $138 billion by 2031.

Intekhab Nazeer is set to use his extensive experience in financial strategy to support Lineaje's expansion. His background includes over 20 years in finance and accounting, having previously achieved significant fundraising and growth in annual recurring revenue at Weka.IO. Nazeer has been involved in financial roles at various companies including Unifi Software, Platfora, and Greenplum.

Mikala Vidal, joining as Head of Growth, brings a history of success in enhancing market presence and partnerships, notably from her time at Phylum, later acquired by Veracode. Vidal's expertise will be instrumental as Lineaje attempts to bolster its market share in the cybersecurity space.

Vidal has also contributed to industry events as a judge for the Black Hat Startup Spotlight Competition and remains active in supporting women in cybersecurity.
