Group-IB has announced that its Fraud Protection solution is now available on AWS Marketplace.
With the aim of providing comprehensive protection against online fraud, Group-IB's Fraud Protection solution utilises advanced technology to mitigate threats that could result in financial losses and reputational damage for businesses. The solution employs explainable artificial intelligence and real-time threat intelligence sourced from the group's Digital Crime Resistance Centres worldwide.
This accessibility via AWS Marketplace allows AWS customers to access the solution's features, which include machine learning algorithms, behavioural analytics, and advanced device fingerprinting designed for multiple-platform protection across websites, mobile applications, and APIs. The service also features the support of dedicated fraud analysts to optimise detection accuracy and reduce false positives.
Recognition of the solution's effectiveness has come from Frost & Sullivan, who have named it the most complete fraud prevention solution available. Their evaluation praised its extensive features, AI-driven detection capabilities, and ease of integration as key attributes.
Nick Palmer, Head of International Business Development and Sales at Group-IB, described the partnership with AWS Marketplace as aligning with industry leaders "who work proactively with their customers to solve sophisticated fraud-related threats." He highlighted the importance of working with AWS to address "complex cyber-enabled fraud issues" on a global scale, complimenting the reliability of the AWS infrastructure.
According to the company, specific industries such as financial services, e-commerce, and online gaming, which are prone to fraudulent activities, are expected to particularly benefit from Group-IB's solution. It says the platform tackles challenges like account takeovers, social engineering, financial malware, deepfake injection tools, and payment fraud using advanced machine learning to tailor protection to customer-specific needs.
Betsson Group's Jamie Frendo, Head of AML & Risk Operations, commented on the security benefits, stating, "At Betsson, we are committed to breaking down barriers for our customers, particularly in technology, while ensuring they stay at the forefront of innovation.
"We do not just deliver industry-leading products and content; we also provide unmatched security, offering our customers the confidence and protection they need to dominate in an increasingly competitive digital world," he says.
The placement of Group-IB Fraud Protection on AWS Marketplace is part of the company's involvement in the AWS ISV Accelerate program. This initiative aids in co-selling and promotes greater collaboration with AWS, its customers, and partners, which could further drive adoption rates.
