CyberArk launches MSP Console to boost identity security services
CyberArk has unveiled a new tool specifically targeted at Managed Service Providers (MSPs), that will enhance both operational efficiency and scalability. This innovative solution, the CyberArk MSP Console, provides MSPs with an opportunity to effortlessly monitor and view their clients utilising the firm's Identity Security Platform through a dedicated and wide-ranging dashboard.
The array of partners at CyberArk surpasses more than 1,300 security-focused partnerships globally; an ascending environment of MSPs. As part of its ongoing strategy to augment the offerings of their MSP-controlled identity security services, this latest service hopes to bolster MSP's capacity to shield their customers' human and non-human identities more effectively.
The principle of intelligent privilege controls underlines the CyberArk Identity Security Platform. This secures human and machine identities that access workloads ranging from hybrid to multi-clouds. It additionally streamlines the identity lifecycle and safeguards access to sensitive data and assets. This is achieved through a Zero Trust approach that also enforces the concept of least privilege. The newly launched CyberArk MSP Console links with CyberArk Privilege Cloud environments, consolidating data into a collective perspective. Features include a single click access to all tenants and assets like centralised search of privileged accounts, view activity related to access policy adjustments, and a unified privileged session audit and log overview, to name a few.
Chris Moore, Senior Vice President of Global Channels at CyberArk, stated that it is becoming increasingly common for small and mid-sized businesses to associate with MSPs to mitigate cyber risks, in a scenario where about one-third of firms believe that a gap in security skills hampers their ability to counter cyber attacks. "The CyberArk MSP Console provides our MSP partners with the ability to scale their identity security services so more end-user organisations can guarantee that every identity, both human and machine, is secured with the right level of privilege controls, at the right time," Moore further elaborated.
Michael Zuppa, General Manager - Technology at blueAPACHE, reiterated the importance of collaborating with the right MSP partner in times of amplified cyber threats and rapid technological progress. "At blueAPACHE, we've incorporated the CyberArk MSP Console into our service offering, delivering massive improvements in time management, scalability, and operational efficiency to safeguard our customers' most critical assets," he added.
The CyberArk MSP Console emphasises robust autonomy, low costs, and minimal complexity as it sets out to empower MSPs to deliver identity security-based managed services promptly and efficiently. CyberArk is intent on driving MSPs to generate more revenue by ensuring the security and compliance of their clients' identities and their management.
