Felipe Flores appointed as Regional Senior Vice President at Endava
Felipe Flores has been appointed as Regional Senior Vice President of Data and AI for Endava, with a remit to oversee the development and expansion of the company's Data and AI capabilities across the Asia-Pacific region.
Flores, who has more than 20 years of experience in the data and AI sector, will be responsible for building a strong network of regional AI leaders and aligning Endava's services with the distinct needs of the APAC market.
As a recognised figure in Australia's data and AI ecosystem, Flores was formerly Chief Data, Analytics and Technology Officer at Honeysuckle Health. His prior roles also include senior data positions at ANZ Bank and Liberty Financial.
Endava has highlighted this appointment as part of its wider strategy of investing in AI-native solutions across the region, at a time when AI adoption is accelerating within business operations. Flores's focus will be on creating connections between data and AI experts across APAC to facilitate domain-specific expertise and cultural understanding within client projects.

Flores's industry engagement extends beyond executive roles. He is the founder of Data Futurology and a co-organiser of Data Science Melbourne. Both communities are described as supporting collaboration, learning, and the promotion of applied AI within Australia's technology sector.

Flores's background in data began after he arrived in Australia in 2003. His work has included developing early fatigue-detection algorithms in the resources sector and leading data-driven projects to deliver customer value in financial services and healthcare.
Endava has noted that Flores's arrival coincides with a period of significant growth for the company. Endava was recently named one of seven global partners in OpenAI's Beta Services Partner Program, a partnership that formalises its use of OpenAI's technologies to provide large-scale AI solutions for enterprises.
Endava's collaboration with OpenAI has enabled the release of new products, including Morpheus, an AI accelerator tool, and Compass, which focuses on discovery and core modernisation for clients seeking to transition towards AI-native business models.
The company has clients operating across multiple industries around the world, including sectors such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, retail, communications, and technology.
With more than 11,000 employees globally, Endava maintains a presence in several regions including Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.
